A bit about me..
Maxed out on caffeine and sticky notes, wondering when you'll finally get ahead? Been there. For about 13 years, actually.
I worked as a teacher for 13 years, and before that in theatre as a stage manager and prop maker. Both careers meant juggling a lot where nothing could fall through the cracks. The skills I picked up? Keeping things running smoothly, working out what genuinely needs attention, and spotting what doesn't belong on the list at all.
Writing for all kinds of audiences has been part of my work for years, from reports for governors to communications for parents. Adapting tone and getting the message right comes naturally. And yes, I'm that person who spots the typo everyone else missed.
Working with a huge range of people, including neurodiverse colleagues, taught me there's no one "right" way to organise things. It's about finding what actually works for you. My theatre background gives me a creative eye, and years of problem-solving mean I take a practical approach to making things clearer and easier.
Now, as a small business owner myself, I get it. If working at pace gave out medals, I'd be up for one. But eventually that catches up with you, and that's where support makes the difference. Running your business on burnout isn't sustainable, and it's not what you signed up for.
My goal is helping you run your business in a way that feels calmer, clearer, and more manageable, so you can focus on the work you actually love.
Sound familiar? Good. Let's chat - I promise not to add to your to-do list
